How often should I change the cartridge?
Depending on your water quality and usage volume, it is recommended that you change the cartridge every 6-12 months.
Where can I buy replacement cartridges?
You can purchase it from us or you could get it elsewhere but we assure you that we only supply high quality ones.
Can I change the cartridge on my own?
Absolutely. It's not hard if you're a little handy but we are more than happy to do it for you. ($199 parts + labour)
When replacing can I use a different cartridge?
Yes. There are a whole different range of brands that can be used, as long as they are of the 250mm range.
